Origin Story
👋 Bryan here. AskJack started when I began noticing communication breakdowns at my last company.
I worked at a fast-growing startup, and we were constantly hiring employees. As we grew, it took more work for employees to find the information they needed to do their jobs.
What was once easy to communicate was now difficult and fractured.
Simple things like "When are we going to ship this feature?" (Answer: "We shipped that last quarter and announced it in Slack and our weekly all-hands meetings." 🤦🏻♂️). To effectively onboard new sales, marketing, engineers, and all the many other roles we had.
That's when I decided to build AskJack. I wanted to make a solution that helps companies break down their knowledge silos and empower employees to find the information they need to do their jobs.
